ProSEOBlogger (“we,” “our,” “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of this Site to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

This page outlines our DMCA policy and the process for reporting content on proseoblogger.com that you believe infringes your copyright.

Our Commitment

All content published on this Site — including blog posts, custom plugins, templates, graphics, and other materials — is either originally created by us or used with proper authorization/licensing. If you believe that content on our Site infringes your copyright, we take such claims seriously and will investigate and act on valid notices.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on this Site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send us a written notice (“DMCA Notice”) that includes the following information, as required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple works are involved, a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its exact location (URL) on our Site, with enough detail to allow us to locate it.
  3. Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Note: Incomplete notices that do not include the above information may not receive a response or may take longer to process.

Where to Send Your DMCA Notice

Please send your DMCA takedown notice through any of the following channels:

Upon receiving a valid and complete notice, we will investigate the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material in a timely manner.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted or that belongs to you was removed (or access disabled) as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us containing the following:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal.
  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, and telephone number.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside India/US, the appropriate jurisdiction), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the removed content, unless the original complainant informs us that they have filed a legal action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in the infringing activity.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right, in appropriate circumstances, to disable or terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyrighted material.

Misrepresentation Warning

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be held liable for damages.

False Claims

We reserve the right to reject any DMCA notice that we believe, in good faith, to be inaccurate, incomplete, or submitted in bad faith.
